## PART 1 — THE 5-SECOND TEST (homepage)
Show a stranger your homepage for 5 seconds, then hide it. Ask:

- [ ] Could they say WHAT you sell?
- [ ] Could they say WHO it's for?
- [ ] Could they say WHAT TO CLICK next?
- [ ] Is there ONE primary call-to-action above the fold?
- [ ] Is the CTA phrased as value ("Get your free audit") not chore ("Submit inquiry")?

**Score: ___ / 5** — anything under 4 is costing you leads today.

## PART 2 — SPEED
- [ ] Homepage loads in under 3 seconds on a PHONE (test on cellular, not office wifi)
- [ ] No autoplay video heavier than 2MB
- [ ] Images compressed (a hero image should be under 300KB)
- [ ] Site is usable one-handed on a phone — thumb reaches the CTA

## PART 3 — VISUAL CONSISTENCY (all surfaces)
Line up screenshots: website, Google Business profile, Instagram/Facebook, email signature, invoice, proposal.

- [ ] Same logo file everywhere (not three versions)
- [ ] Same primary colors everywhere
- [ ] Same typeface family everywhere
- [ ] Profile photos / cover images current (not 2022)

## PART 4 — VOICE CONSISTENCY
Read one paragraph aloud from: your site, your last 3 posts, a recent client email.

- [ ] Sounds like the same person
- [ ] Sounds like how you actually talk to your best clients
- [ ] No corporate filler ("we strive to leverage synergies")

## PART 5 — PROMISE CONSISTENCY
- [ ] Google Business services list matches your website
- [ ] Social bios describe what you sell NOW
- [ ] Old taglines / discontinued services removed from every directory
- [ ] Phone, hours and address identical on every listing

## PART 6 — RESPONSE
- [ ] Submit your own contact form. Time until ANY reply: _______
- [ ] Instant acknowledgment exists (auto-reply with a real timeline)
- [ ] A human follows up within 1 business hour during open hours
- [ ] Someone owns "noticing" new leads (name them: _______)

## SCORING
- **22–26 ✓** — You're tight. Now compound it: content + automation.
- **15–21 ✓** — Leaks found. Fix in traffic order (busiest surface first).
- **Under 15 ✓** — You're funding competitors with your own leads. Triage this week.
