A10TION Digital ("A10TION", "we") operates a10tion.digital. We keep data collection minimal, we never sell personal information, and everything we collect exists to respond to you and improve the site. Questions any time: randy@a10tion.digital.

What we collect

• Information you send us — when you run the A10TION Scan, submit a form, chat, or email us: name, email, company, and the answers/messages you provide.
• Usage data — if analytics are enabled and you accept cookies: pages viewed, approximate location (city-level), device/browser type, and interaction events (e.g., "scan completed"). No analytics run before you accept.
• Chat data — messages you send through the chat widget, processed by Tidio (including its Lyro AI assistant) to answer you and hand off to a human.
• Newsletter signup — unlocking the free tools asks for your name, email and business name. This subscribes you to our newsletter; it's stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore and used only to send you our content. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or email us and we'll remove you immediately. What you type into the tools themselves never leaves your browser.

Browser storage we use

The site stores small items in your browser's localStorage to make features work: your Scan draft (a10_scan), audit result (a10_audit), chosen path (a10_path), system stack (a10_stack), and cookie choice (a10_consent). These stay on your device; you can clear them in your browser at any time. The tools unlock flag (a10_nl) remembers that you've already signed up so we never ask twice. Tidio sets functional cookies required for chat continuity.

Who processes data for us

• Google Firebase Hosting — serves the website (server logs, DDoS protection).
• EmailJS & Google Workspace — deliver your Scan report to you and a copy to us by email.
• FormSubmit — relays contact-form submissions to our inbox.
• Tidio — live chat and AI assistant.
• Google Analytics — usage statistics, only after cookie consent and only if enabled.

Each processor handles data under its own privacy terms; we share only what's needed to provide the feature you used.

Why we process it

To respond to your inquiries and Scan submissions, provide chat support, operate and secure the site, and — with consent — understand aggregate usage. Legal bases where applicable: your consent, our legitimate interest in running a business website, and performance of pre-contract steps you request (like a quote).

Retention

Emails and leads are kept as long as needed for business correspondence, then deleted on request or when no longer relevant. Chat transcripts follow Tidio's retention settings. Analytics data (if enabled) uses Google Analytics' standard retention controls.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time — email randy@a10tion.digital and we'll act promptly. Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/UK GDPR, California CPRA), you may have additional statutory rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local authority. We do not sell or "share" personal information as defined by the CPRA.

Children

This site is a business service aimed at adults and is not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect children's data; if you believe a child provided data, contact us for deletion.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with modern security headers (HSTS, content-type protections, frame protections). No payment data is collected on this site.

We'll update this page when practices change and adjust the date above. Material changes get a notice on the site.
