Terms of service.
LAST UPDATED: JULY 8, 2026
These terms govern your use of a10tion.digital, operated by A10TION Digital ("A10TION", "we"). By using the site you accept them. Contact: randy@a10tion.digital.
The website & tools
The site, including the A10TION Scan, calculators, catalog and learning content, is provided for general information. Scores, "recoverable" estimates, timelines and price ranges are illustrative planning aids — not guarantees of results, and not financial, legal or professional advice for your specific situation.
Quotes & engagements
Prices shown ("from" ranges, packages, retainers) are typical starting points. Actual work is scoped individually and governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which prevails over anything on this site. A Scan submission or chat is an inquiry, not a contract.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempting to breach security, scrape at abusive volume, submit malicious content, or impersonate others. We may restrict access to protect the service.
Intellectual property
The A10TION name, logo, site design, and content are our property (or licensed to us). You may read, cite and share with attribution; don't republish substantial portions or use our brand assets without written permission. Third-party marks (e.g., tool names in the catalog) belong to their owners; mention doesn't imply endorsement.
Third-party services
Chat, email delivery, forms, booking and analytics are provided through third parties (see the Privacy Policy). Their availability isn't guaranteed by us and their terms apply to their services.
Disclaimers & liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, A10TION is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site; our total liability related to the site is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts may not apply to you.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which A10TION operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
